Advanced musical theater training for students in grades 8-12.
Spring Semester focus will be THE CRAFT OF ACTING THE SONG! This class will be an intense, beat by beat discovery of how to act a song. Working on acting a song for an audition or performance usually involves more general work, but this class would work note by note and lyric by lyric to make sure that students have clear and honest interpretation of their piece. At the end of the class, students will be armed with the skills to apply their learning to all future songs.
