Online sales stop 3 hours before each show! If you find you cannot buy a ticket for tonight, try buying at the door!
If you need to exchange a ticket to a different performance, you must make the exchange BEFORE the show you had originally bought tickets. Please call SHOWCLIX at 888-71-TICKETS (M-F 9am-9pm). After a show SHOWCLIX will not honor a past ticket and new tickets must be bought. Only SHOWCLIX can make those types of exchanges and cancellations.
All sales are non-refundable. If you have a problem with your ticket purchase please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you arrive late to the theater you will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager on staff. Most often you will be given an easily accessible seat with an opportunity to find your ticketed seat at the intermission.
If you are planning to come with a patron in a wheelchair or with specific accessibility needs PLEASE e-mail us at email@example.com a few days in advance. This will allow us to make sure experience as seamless as possible!
